Dubai Properties has announced the launch of Villanova in Dubailand, offering Dubai’s first unit type known as “cluster homes” along with a range of standalone villas.
Having already established Mudon, Arabella Townhouses and Serena in Dubailand, the developer said Villanova would target the flourishing affordable housing segment with Mediterranean inspired homes.
The cluster homes offer a combination of of four different affordable unit types within an enclosed court with each unit including a private backyard.
The developer said in a statement that Villanova homes are set amid landscaped paseos complete with walking and biking trails, intersecting linear parks and fountains.
The project contains multiple recreational facilities, each one including a pool house, children play areas, BBQ zones, picnic lawns and basketball court, as well as other community-wide facilities like mosques and retail outlets with outdoor seating.
Villanova also includes three-, four- and five bedroom standalone villas and apartments that will be launched in the future.
Dubailand is home to a number of attractions, including Global Village, Dubai Outlet Mall in Outlet City, the Autodrome in Motor City and the Cricket Stadium at Dubai Sports City, as well as 100,000 residents.
Villanova properties will be released soon at the DP sales and customer services centre in Ras Al Khor, the developer added.
